Our Mission Chica Bicaz, Inc. is a non-profit women empowerment organization dedicated to empower women and provide the tools needed to meet and conquer their challenges.
Chica Bicaz, Inc. was founded because we each believe in the power of SISTERHOOD, SERVICE, AWARENESS, and GROWTH for the betterment of ourselves and our community! We believe in helping other women reach their maximum potential in all areas of life! We are committed to spreading positivity and encouraging one another in a world of judgment, chaos, and negativity.
Sisterhood is one of Chica Bicaz, Inc.'s most beloved values. The women of Chica Bicaz are truly sisters for life, as we celebrate these bonds by supporting one another in our individual lives.
Service is a key component in the foundation of Chica Bicaz, Inc. We strive to find our passions and make a difference in our community! Our dedication and willingness to work for the benefit of those in need is unwavering.
This 2017 year, we have several goals we plan to accomplish to give back to our community! We plan to host community service events and introduce social, personal, and educational development programs throughout the year. We hope these programs and events will help women excel in these areas and maintain a sense of empowerment!
Awareness is a level of understanding of social issues affecting the community. We believe transformation begins with awareness and insight of what is going on around us. We strive to work together and positively impact change.
Growth is a necessity in all aspects of life! Chica Bicaz strives to help women grow spiritually, financially, emotionally, etc. In turn, this will enhance the quality of life for ourselves and others, and contribute to the success of our dreams and aspirations.
